Secondary Science

• Teach that the Creator literally spoke the world into existence and that evolution is false. 
• Show the students that, because God made the universe, it is patterned after Him which is evidenced through Science. 
• Science helps us get to know our Creator further.   
• Enhance studies through field trips and experiments that prove scientific concepts. 
• Cultivate in the student’s mind that if Science stands contrary to Scripture, it is Scripture that trumps Science.  This is not just a bold statement but a truth that can be derived through evidence of scientific inaccuracy and Scriptural inherency.

It is virtually impossible to progress in science without building on knowledge.   At Lewis Clark, we realize that some students are more gifted in science  than others and therefore we have set up our science to line up with the student's ability rather than grade.  Our daily structure allows a student to take a robust humanities course while taking a knowledge appropriate science course.
